What are your true beliefs about each give task or activity? Have you always had trouble with organisation, weight loss, managing stress( physical or mental) integrating with others or just believing in your own self worth.
As my health faulted about 2yrs ago so did my athletic performance and from there my own self belief. I could no long see how it was possible to complete certain activities at the intensity required like in Ironman Triathlons, the idea even though I’d completed many to a high levels all of a sudden became inconceivable!
It’s been a long amazing, at times frustrating but always enlightening journey that has seen me learn so much about what makes me tick.
Never could I imagine that Yoga, deep breathing, visualisation and meditation would play such a role in my daily life.
As I begin Health Coaching this will be a big focus for me to help others understand and explore beliefs that may be holding them back.
I encourage everyone to just listen to yourself next time someone asks about food, exercise, diet or other lifestyle areas. How do you respond? Is it truly how you feel?
I will finish this post with one final thought;
ONCE YOU CAN SEE IT YOU WILL BELIEVE IT, ONLY THEN CAN YOU ACHIEVE IT!
